Clear and Flexible Course Arrangements
We carefully plan our scheduled courses and will always aim to deliver them on the advertised date. However, courses are subject to minimum delegate numbers and other circumstances that may occasionally affect whether they can proceed as planned.
If we need to change a course date or delivery arrangement, we will contact affected delegates as early as possible, explain the available options and help them find a suitable alternative.
For organisations training several people, in-house or private virtual delivery may provide greater certainty and flexibility around dates.
