The exam tests knowledge at Bloom’s Levels 1 and 2 (recall and understanding)
Delegates must hold an eligible ITIL® 4 certification. Most ITIL 4 qualifications are accepted, although ITIL 4 Specialist: Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services and ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT do not meet the prerequisite requirements.
