VeriSM™ Foundation

Three-Days Live Instructor-Led Online
Minimum 6 months' access Self-Paced

VeriSM™ is a service management approach designed for organisations operating in a rapidly changing digital environment. It helps organisations develop a flexible operating model that brings together governance, service management principles, people, technology and a range of management practices to support the delivery of valuable products and services.

At the centre of the approach is the VeriSM Management Mesh. This helps an organisation select and combine the practices, technologies, resources and environmental considerations most appropriate to a particular product or service, rather than applying one fixed way of working in every situation.

The VeriSM model follows four stages—Define, Produce, Provide and Respond—and considers how organisations can adapt their approach as customer requirements, technologies and business priorities change.

VeriSM™ Foundation introduces the essential concepts of service management in the digital age. It explores organisational governance, service culture, people and structure, progressive management practices, emerging technologies and the practical application of the VeriSM model.
