PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation & Practitioner (Version 7) provides a complete route from understanding the PRINCE2 method to applying and tailoring it within realistic project situations.
The Foundation element introduces the principles, practices and processes that underpin PRINCE2, together with its roles, terminology and approach to managing projects. The Practitioner element then develops your ability to apply that knowledge, make appropriate decisions and adapt the method to suit different project environments.
The course also explores people and communication, sustainability, digital and data management, and the importance of tailoring PRINCE2 according to a project’s size, complexity, delivery approach and organisational context.
It is suitable for aspiring and existing project managers, project team members and others involved in supporting, governing or delivering projects.

Delegates must pass the PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation (Version 7) examination before taking the Practitioner examination. The course is structured to prepare delegates for the Foundation qualification before progressing to Practitioner-level application.
