ITIL®4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management
The ITIL 4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management module focuses on providing the candidates with the understanding of the key concepts, principles, value and challenges of the IT Asset Management Practice. It is intended to provide candidates with best practice guidance on how to plan and manage the full lifecycle of all IT assets, to help the organization maximize value, control costs, manage risks, support decision-making about the purchase, re-use, retirement, and disposal of IT assets, meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
The ITIL 4 IT Asset Management Practice module is structured and aligned around the ITIL framework. The examination is intended to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of the concepts covered in the ITIL 4 IT Asset Management Practice publication.
ITIL 4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management enables professionals to:

The examination consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. Each question is worth one mark, and candidates must achieve 13 marks out of 20 to pass.
To attend this course, delegates must hold any ITIL v3 certification, ITIL 4 Foundation or the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation. Accredited training is mandatory before examination results can be released.
