AgilePM® Foundation (Version 3)
AgilePM® provides a structured yet flexible approach to managing projects in an agile environment. It combines effective governance and project control with the adaptability, collaboration and iterative delivery associated with agile ways of working.
This Foundation course introduces the principles, roles, lifecycle and core practices of AgilePM Version 3, including how Scrum supports delivery within an AgilePM project. It provides the knowledge and understanding required to contribute effectively to an agile project and establishes the foundation for progression to AgilePM Practitioner.
No previous AgilePM experience or qualification is required.
