AgilePM® provides a structured yet flexible approach to managing projects in an agile environment. It combines effective governance and project control with the adaptability, collaboration and iterative delivery associated with agile ways of working.
This combined Foundation and Practitioner programme develops your understanding of the AgilePM framework before progressing to its practical application and tailoring. It covers the principles, roles, lifecycle and core practices of AgilePM, including how Scrum supports delivery within an agile project.
By completing both levels, you will develop the knowledge required to contribute effectively to an agile project and apply AgilePM appropriately in realistic project situations.

No previous AgilePM qualification is required to begin this combined programme. Delegates must achieve the AgilePM Foundation qualification before taking the Practitioner examination.
