The ITIL Strategy (Version 5) exam assesses your ability to understand, apply, and analyze experience management concepts within ITIL.

  • Number of questions: 40
  • Duration: 90 minutes
    • (113 minutes for non-native speakers)
  • Pass mark: TBC
  • Question style:
    • Scenario-based questions using a case study
    • Includes experience-focused scenarios

The exam assesses Bloom’s Levels 1–4, including recall, understanding, application, and analysis.
