Once a reservation has been made, SYSOP will confirm acceptance of the booking by email - usually within one working day. Approximately four weeks prior to the event SYSOP will send out Joining Instructions which will include a course outline, a map and directions.
SYSOP reserve the right to make changes to scheduled courses, where appropriate the Client will be given notice of this.
Each course attendee will receive an in-depth course manual, which will serve as a useful reference and revision document to aid on-the-job training. Some courses have an element of pre-course study, students should ensure that sufficient time is allowed before course attendance to complete pre-course study assignments.
Courses are designed with overnight study and/or exercise assignments (homework)as an essential element of the training package. Students will be expected to complete these assignments in readiness for the next day’s tuition.
Candidates should ensure that they meet the relevant examination conditions and pre-requisites before making a booking.
Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued one month before the start of the course and should be paid before the course start date.
Notice of cancellations MUST be in writing and received more than 20 working days prior to the start date of the event to ensure eligibility of a full refund.
Cancellations with more than 10 working days notice but less than 20 will attract a 50% cancellation. Cancellations with less than 10 working days notice attract the full fee inclusive of exam where applicable.
Cancellation charges are subject to a minimum fee of £95.00 plus exam fees where applicable.
SYSOP will not cancel a course simply because there are low numbers however, we do reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course at anytime in the case of circumstances beyond our control.
Delegates may transfer to other events, without penalty, as long as SYSOP are given at least 20 working days notice. Transfers requested with less than 20 working days notice will incur an administration charge of 10% and may forfeit their examination fee.
SYSOP reserve the right to treat transfers to another event, within 10 working days, as a cancellation. Substitution of delegates may be made at anytime without charge.
SYSOP cannot accept liability for any personal belongings. This is the sole responsibility of the owner.
SYSOP has negotiated favourable terms with a number of local hotels and, if you wish, SYSOP will book the hotel on your behalf and include this on your course booking invoice. You will be responsible for settling any bill for extras (such as drinks & bar snacks) directly with the hotel. Sysop will levy a £10 administration charge if extras have to be recovered separately.
All scheduled courses include light refreshments and lunch (chef’s choice).
If students have a particular dietary requirement, for example vegetarian, please let us know in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
The customer is granted a non-exclusive non-transferable licence to access designated training material on the Sysop web-site. Training material is supplied for the use of the registered student(s) only. Access licences are granted for an initial period of ninety (90) days – extension may be granted at the discretion of Sysop.
Sysop will invoice for CBT Training course licenses on order with payment due in 30-days.
Once an allocated CBT license has been accessed it cannot be cancelled or transferred. Sysop will accept cancellation & transfer requests for up to 20-working days from order.
All course material and documentation developed by Sysop is the intellectual property of Sysop. Other material is the intellectual property of Sysop partners and is reproduced under licence by Sysop. Customers may not copy, transfer or otherwise distribute such material which is for the sole use of the student.
