Extending Service Management workshop

Description

The way IT provides its services to the business is changing with demands for agility, increased speed of response and delivering more with less.  The need for change is further emphasised when emerging technologies such as Cloud, Virtualisation; Automation; Big Data, Internet of Things; Artificial Intelligence; Mobile & Server-less Computing.

The Service Management space has responded with a major update of ITIL® planned for 2018, the increasing relevance of DevOps, Agile Service Management and Lean IT alongside new approaches such as VeriSM™.

This half-day workshop is intended to provide an update on all that is happening in the ITSM space, providing clarity on what these approaches are and explore the relevance for the delegates in attendance. With this awareness on board, the participants can return to the work-place and identify a roadmap to help re-align IT services to better meet the needs of the business.

The target audience is anyone who operates in the IT Service Management space and has an interest in industry developments.

Demand for this course is high consequently availability is restricted to two attendees per organisation per course date.

Cancellations giving less than 14 days notice will incur a £95 cancellation charge.

The Manchester event will begin at 9:30am with registration from 9am.  The finish time will be approximately 12:30pm with a light lunch provided afterwards.

The London event will begin at 10am with registration from 9:30am.  The finish time will be approximately 1pm with a light lunch provided afterwards.
