This half-day course is designed for those individuals who are already familiar with ITIL from previous versions as a way of introducing what has changed in ITIL4.  

This course introduces key concepts such as:

  • ITIL Practices
  • Integration with other practices
  • ITIL4 Qualification scheme

These areas are covered at the highest level. Should anyone want to gain more depth of understanding then they should look to attend the full ITIL4 Foundation course.

What is ITIL® 4?

Pre-Requisites

Anyone attending this course should already have an understanding of ITIL from it's previous versions as this course will only cover the differences.

There is no examination.
