The OGC has announced the withdrawal of ITIL v2 examinations from summer 2010 and of the v3 "bridging exams" from 2011.

Paul Jackson, owner of mmXcellence ltd, a service management consultancy based in the Thames Valley has achieved a world first, and qualified, with Sysop, as an ITIL v3 Expert through the accredited V3 Lifecycle route.

The ISEB Accreditation Panel approved the final SYSOP Intermediate course on 12th June - giving SYSOP the all-clear on the entire portfolio of ITIL v3 Lifecycle and Capability modules.

The examination results for ISEB examinations taken by Sysop students in February is testament to the quality of Sysop training. The first-time pass rate in every single course was 100%.
