Sysop are pleased to announce that we have now added Business Relationship Management to our programme of short-day workshops.
Sysop are very conscious that the standard ITIL® examination courses do not fully address some important facets of IT service management. So we have developed a series of short-day, practical workshops to explore how to put the right procedures in place – in terms of: taking ownership; planning effectively; identifying clear roles and responsibilities; and CSI – to ensure that IT services are continually aligned with business needs.
The Business Relationship Management workshop explores the many roles and responsibilities required to deliver the effective management of the relationship between the Business/Customer and the IT providers of service. The roles discussed are based on the ITIL® framework. ITIL® is non prescriptive guidance which outlines good practice methods for designing and operating processes that allow the achievement of effective service management.
