Our good friend and ITIL Expert extraordinaire, Michelle Major-Goldsmith, has left to start a new life in Perth, Western Australia. Michelle is admired by customers and colleagues alike for her friendly unassuming style and wealth of knowledge and experience. She has the gift of being able to explain the most complex concepts in a form easily understood by anyone.
We wish Michelle and her husband Graeme all the very best in their new life. We're sure we'll here more of her even from 12,000 miles away.
