We know that most people who book ITIL® Service Operation also book Service Transition and that those who book Service Strategy also book Service Design. So we’re now offering these courses as combined sets of 5 days.
We've done this by removing the overlapped syllabus material and re-structuring your over-night assignments without compromising the quality of our course delivery.
Service Operation & Service Transition can now be booked as a single 5-day course set as can Service Design and Service Strategy – one course, two qualifications, six points towards expert.
5 days out of the office instead of 8. £1,525 instead of £1,650.
