  • “In the past 12 months, I undertaken all my Intermediate Lifecycle exams with Sysop and thanks to their advice, guidance and support, I've passed them comfortably. The trainers (particulary Andy Wright) know the material/syllabus very well, and prepare you fully for the exam. The Lifecycle courses are run over 4 days with a mock exam at the end of day 4, and the real exam first thing on the morning of the fifth day. I found this schedule very beneficial as you get the full evening before the real exam to concentrate on revising your weak areas (that have been identified from the sample questions and the mock paper). All the staff at Sysop are friendly and helpful, and once you've booked onto a course, they provide a guarantee that the course will run - regardless of how many people are booked on. (I have experience from other providers who cancel courses because only one or two are booked on the course. Fully recommend Sysop.”
