ITIL® FOUNDATION EXAMINATION
The ITIL Foundation (Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management) examination is available worldwide from Pearson Vue, via a network of approved test centres.
The URL of the Pearson Vue website is https://home.pearsonvue.com/
Once have opened the Pearson Vue website in your default web browser you can use the following steps to check the location of a test centre.
1) On the Pearson Vue homepage, select the "For Test Takers" menu option and then select "Test taker home".
2) From the available Testing Programs select "BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT".
3) In the top righthand corner of the page you can "Sign In" or "Create an Account". You will need an account to book the exam so set this up if you do not have one already setup.
4) Once signed in, select "View Exams" from under the Exam Catalogue. Find the option Exam code - ITILF, Exam name "ITIL® Foundation" and select it. This should bring up the Exam details and from here click "Schedule this Exam".
5) Search for a test centre most convenient to you, select it and click Next. Select an available date and click the time that is most suitable. This will add the exam into the basket ready for checkout.
6) You will then be asked:
- Confirm Personal Information
- Agree to Policies
- Enter Payment
- Submit Order
After which the booking is confirmed and a summary of the booking will be displayed.
