The primary purpose of a training course is to change behaviour. However, not all courses share this objective. ITIL® examination courses, for example are educational events not practical training events.
The purpose of ITIL "training courses" is to imbue the participants with an understanding of ITIL best practice so that they can attain an academic qualification.
The Sysop programme of practical workshops is designed to address this deficiency.
In each of the Sysop workshops, participants are encouraged to try out the theory in a comfortable but stimulating environment where they will be able to experience, for themselves, the practical application of their learning.
