An ITSM Case Experience

The “Apollo 13 – an ITSM case experience™” is a simulation game that enables ITIL® theory to be put in to practice.

In this intensive double-session event the ITIL® theory is taught and then put into practice through the Apollo 13 simulation game, to reinforce the learning. By the end of the session participants will recognise and appreciate the benefits of adopting “best practice”. Game players will experience, for themselves, the results of ignoring ITIL process and the success that comes through applying best practice in the field.

Best Practice in Practice (2)

This session will show how ITIL best practice can be implemented by relatively small IT departments to improve effectiveness, provide better control of services and become a truly customer focused department. A number of case studies will demonstrate some common pitfalls and the remedies.
