From July 9th, students will be able to stufy for the BCS Certificate in Software Asset Management Essentials. This is a three-day foundation course.
The certificate in Software Asset Management Essentials covers the Software Asset Management (SAM) processes as described in the SAM module within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®). The certificate also covers the interdependencies between IT Service Management principles and software asset management (SAM).
