You probably know that the OGC have commissioned an update of the ITIL core guidance books. The update project was designed to make the publications easier to read and understand, relate more clearly to one another and to correct any anomalies.
Well, in the process, this update has changed many of the diagrams and introduced some new processes.
In the great scheme of things these changes are relatively minor. ITSM practices in the workplace will not change / have not been changed. However, when one has the task of teaching ITIL for examination purposes the effect is quite dramatic. At Sysop we are embarking on a programme of bringing our course material up to the latest specification - but this is not a small task by any means.
However, starting with the ITIL Foundation Course, followed by the ITIL Lifecycle courses and finally the ITIL Capability courses, we plan to have this work completed by January 2012.
The qualification structure is unchanged. Students who need to re-sit an examination during the changeover will be provided for.

Your Course will run as scheduled. You will pass your exam. We will protect your training investment.
No actors mouthing a script they don't understand. No irritating and distracting cartoons. Instead,a fully qualified ITIL professional explaining things as they are. These are the underpinning principles behind the latest ITIL e-learning offering from Sysop.
