Withdrawal of ITIL version 2

The OGC has announced the withdrawal of ITIL v2 examinations from summer 2010 and of the v3 "bridging exams" from 2011.
This means that Sysop will not offer training in ITIL v2 Practitioner or v2 Manager's certificates after Easter 2010. The Manager's Bridge and Foundation Bridge training courses will continue until December 2010.
Our ITIL v3 Capability Courses are now well established as valuable and enjoyable courses adequately covering for the syllabus coverage of the v2 Pracitioner courses. The diagram below shows how the version 3 capability courses map to version2 Practitioner courses.
