ITIL® UPDATE

ITIL 2011

The Cabinet Office through TSO (The Stationery Office) have published updated versions of the ITIL core volumes: Service Strategy; Service Design; Continual Service Improvement; Service Transition; and Service Operation. The books are now in a uniform format and are considerably easier to assimilate than previos versions.

From January 2012 new examinations were introduced to match the updated syllabus based on the re-write.

All Sysop ITIL courses have been updated to this latest level.
