Examination Success Guarantee
Along with all other SYSOP training offerings, the SYSOP web-based ITIL Foundation Course comes with a full guarantee of examination success. All SYSOP ask is that students successfully complete the full course and progess tests within a three month period and take the examination within one month of course completion. Should an entrant fail the exam, SYSOP will, at the candidate’s preference, offer an opportunity to attend a classroom based examination refresher tutorial or receive a refund of the course fees in full.

SYSOP’s examination success for the classroom-based ITIL foundation course is 93%, this is 5% above industry average.
SYSOP are only one of a few accredited organisations offering practitioner courses, our pass rate across all the practitioner courses is currently 90%, a pass rate we are proud of.
In the Manager’s certificate first time pass rate is running at 80%, the industry average is 57%. SYSOP are 23% above the industry average.
